Commissioner for Crown Lands, under the Forest Trees Planting Act, in which the Government contended that only 250 acres could be purchased with each land order, aud in no case could a land order be exercised to amount to greater than £500. The Court gave judgment on all parts for plaintiff, and ordered the Government to pay costs on the highest scale. This judgment rules all laud orders issued in the colony under the Forest Trees Planting Acts.
