Notice is hereby given that the above Council having adopted a resolution to make a By-law to regulate and control traction engine traffic, the said resolution will be brought up for confirmation at a meeting to be held on WEDNESDAY, November 27th next, the Special Order to take effect from and after January Ist, 1890.
