Mr Aitkin-Connell reports the .sale of 3,500 acres of land, situated at Rangitaiki River, Bay of Plenty, on account of Mrs Margaret Burt, of Matata, to Henry Piper, stock-farmer, of Canterbury, for the sum of £2,100, being 12s per acre. The block is entirely unimproved.
