The Birmingham Gazette states that Lords Knutsi'ord and Hamilton have entrusted Earl Hopetouu, the Governor-elect of Victoria, with proposals for extending the naval partnership between Eugland and Australia. Primarily tho proposals are to be submitted to the Victorian Parliament, and afterwards to the other Colonial Parliaments.
