(BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) UcNEDiN, Friday. The Railway Commissioners will give free passes to the official representatives from other colonies, at tho Exhibition. The West Coast committees have displayed an obelisk, showing the outputs of gold. The mineral court is rapidly advancing towards completion. The display is very effective, far exceeding that at Victoria. The models are of an interesting desciiption, and are to bo transferred at the clobi of the Exhibition, to the Ot»gn Museum.
