The building, when completed, will accommodate twenty - one, who will be principally of the working c!i»ss, the charges being framed to meet tlieir claims, so that well-to-do people who can afford it, will go to the hotels, and not, us formerly, to the Covcrnmeut Hospital, which was conducted in the matter oi taiilf somewhat on the lines of a first-class hotel.
