FRAUDS COMMISSIONERS' COURT.
A FiiAtns Commissioners' Court was hold at Cambridge yesterday before Seth Smith, Esq., Chief Judge, Hohepa aud Horouiona, native assessors, also being present. The following cases were passed, and certificate:; will be granted at the expiration (if seven days :—mortgage section 8, Puahoe Nc 2, Wiremu t* Whitu to Win. Clow; lease sections, Puahoe No 2, Wiremu te Whitu to Tho*. Gticc ; conveyance section 17, Pukekura, Hoii Wiiiliana to John Jicnn ; conveyance section Tatua Wect, 11 iia Ilangimatmi to James Griee ; conveyances uf two sections in Puahoe Nj 1. both to •Tames Giice. Tlie next case was a com oyanco of land at Hukui by Hoinopo Hikarahui and others to John Wilson and John Home, as executors of llobt. Graham, decensed. This was arjourned to Auckland, and will be heard at ten tt.ni., on Saturday. Tho court then adjourned till ten a.m., this morning, to enable an important witness to appear in an application for a rehearing of a case in the Pukekura and Puahoe blocks. Mr Heskelh of Auckland appeared for Messrs (Irice and Benn, aud Mr W. M. Hay for Mr Clow.
