Produce of moat kinds has been quitted freely. Potatoes have been in better supply ,although short of requirements. Prices are somewhat firmer. New potatoes are cumin? in more freely and selling at good prices. Onions remain very scarce, only inferior received. Vegetables of all kinds are very scarco and command high prices. Grains of most kinds show a decline in value, supplies good. Bacon and hams are scarcer and commanding butter pi ices. Cheese: Only small supply of new make and poor quality, all sold. Fresh butter continues very plentiful and selling at low prices. Eggs: Duck tgga sold at higher prices; hens', unchanged. Honey is still quiet. No fruit, very little of any kind has come to hand ; apples aro much wanted. In the poultry department prices ■were slightly easier, although very satisfactory. For pigs prices ruled considerably higher than last week.
