In the case Kaihu Valley Railway Co. v. tlio Kauri Timber Co., damages £21,000 for wrongful lodging of caveat by defendant*, the question as to whether the defendants had reasonable ground for lodging caveat was argued out on Saturday and to-day, before Judge Connolly, who decided in favour of defendants.
