Tho Russian Lroveriimunt in increasing the plant on tin; Kutais railway, south of the Caucasus, for transport purposes. It is regarded a,s probable that if tin; Porto recognises Ferdinand as Prince, of Bulgaria,, Kussia will interfere by force of arms next May.
