TO TUB KDITOK. Silt,—l see that a Mr Samuel Bright announces himself as a candidate for Waipa by advertisement in the New Zealand Herald. Can you, Sir, inform me if this person is our old friend "Sammy, exauctioneer and agent of Cambridge, who left us some time since to reside in the metropolis. Many electors have been asking me if I know anything about it. If vou caunot givo the information perhaps some of your readers may be in a position to do so.—l am, Sir, yours etc., No. 13;)9.
