THE FROZEN MEAT TRADE.
(BY TELEGRAPH—I'BESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Wednesday. At a meeting of shareholders of the Wellington Meat Export Company and Wellington Meat Preserving and Refrigerating Company, it was unanimously agreed to amalgamate and form a new Wellington Meat Export Company, with a nominal capital of £100,000 in 20,000 shares of .to, old shareholders to receive the value of their shares in the new company.
