LUNAR CHANGES.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Sydney, October 1. In regard to the changes in the moon's surface lately reported, Mr Russoll, Government observer, says two mountains liavo disappeared and two conspicuous craters have taken their place. One is a mile and three-quarters in diameter, the other somewhat larger. The latter is surrounded by a white wall, apparently freshly thrown up. Two smaller craters are also visible.
