ROAD BOARD. WRITTEN TENDERS will be received up to 4 o'clock p.m. on THURSDAY, the 3rd October, for MAIN ROAD MAINTENANCE. The extent of road to be kept in order is some 19 miles (more or less), from Hukanui to Tamahere. TENDERS will also be received at the same time for Contract No. 36 —ROAD FORMATION at Taupiri. Specifications at my office, Hamilton, for Main Road Maintenance Contract; those for Contract No. 36 are on view at Mr Lovell's Hotel, Taupiri, and can be seen at my office on and after Wednesday, 2nd October.
