ENTERTAINMENT AT KIRIKIRIROA

A most successful entertainment in the schoolroom, Kiiikirirua, on Friday evening last. The room was crowded with ft most appreciative audience, and the receipts will provide a handsome prize fund for tho scliow!. The programme consisted of choruses by the children, and solos and recitations bv Mrs Stone and Misses Thomas and ltenny, Messrs Ltisby, JohnRon and S'varbricl:, and Masters Willis and Tho entertainment was entirely provided by local talent, and reflects great credit on -Mis Stono, the schoolmistress, and the ladies and gentlemen by whom she was assisted. After the concert there was a dance to tho excellent music of Mr Wishart's violin, refreshments being provided by the ladies of tho district.
