A Stradivarius violoncello is valued at £5000. Mr H. T. Marshall advertises a pony running on his farm. Mr S. T. Seddon, Knighton, advertises a cottage and garden to let. Five hundred head cattle of all classes will be offered at Mr W. J. Hunter's Ohaupo sale on Tuesday, September 17tb. Mr P. Bolton, who is giving up contracting, has instructed Mr J. McNicol to sell the whole of his contracting plant at Cambridge in Novomber. We would draw particular attention to the sale of superior furniture and effects to beheld by Mr J. McNicol at Te Aroha on Saturday, September 28th, on behalf of Mr Chas. Gallagher. Mr H. Howden, watchmaker, Hamilton, has a new advertisement in this issue. He has appointed Mr Sutton as his Raglan agent, and orders entrusted to him will receive immediate attention.
