There is an outburst of anger on the part of the French press towards England owing to the English Attache at Berlin attending a dinner of the Victoria Guards (German), of which Queen Victoria was recently made Honorary Colonel, and also at Her Majesty presenting Prince Bismarck with a portrait of herself.
