(BY TISLEOKAPII.—OWN OORUKSI'ON'DENT.) Auckland, Wednesday. Miißush. R.M. at Opotiki, has now forwarded the papers in Tβ Kooli's case, to be filed in the Supremo Court as requested by Mr N.'ipiur. Appeal proceedings are being prepared, and To Kooti will probably bo in Auckland in about a week to swear the necessary alliciavits and further consult with Mr Napier. Government liou.se is boing fitted up for a prolonged stay by Lord Onslow. The bootmaker's dispute is still unsettled.
