Hall moved a new clause that any local company hereafter incorporated under the Company's Act, ISS2, for the purpose of issuing only the property of its own shareholder may be registered as a limited liability company, if it possesses a paid up capital of £25,000. After a lengthy discussion the clause was read a second time by 50 to 11. Several provisos were agreed to and the clause as an amendment was added to the Bill. Progress w;is reported and the j-> ill passed through committee was read a third time and passed. The House rope at 11.50 p.m.
