Tenders are invited for the lease of an Education Reserve, at Hautapu. Mr W. J. Hunter's next Cambridge sale takes place on Saturday, August 31st. Mr J. McNicol will conduct a series of sales at Cambridge to-day, commencing at 11 a.m. Messrs Kusabs and Sons, of the Ohaupo Sawmills, are prepared to execute orders for riinu and kahikatea timber. Sold in retail only by your storekeepers, and uot by hawkers. Y\ holesale at Buown, Bauhktt & Co.'s, Elliott-street. In addition to the usual number of cattle, horses, &c., to be offered by Mr W. J. Hunter at his next Hamilton sale on Thursday, August 29th, an acre of land in Albertstreet, Hamilton East, with cottage thereon, and fiO acres in the Parish of Horotui, County of Waiknto, will be submitted.
