(BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ) Auckland, Wednosday. Vessels arriving to-day report encountering very severe weather tiff the coast. Messrs Tonks and Co., sold at auction thejofficial assignee's interest in that portion of John Buchanan's assets comprising the Rotoiti sawmills, engine, machinery and bushes to Mr W. Kelly for £32, thirty acres of land at Huirangi, Taranaki, were purchased by Mr Skinner for £30 and John Moore paid £195 for IS acres at the junction of the Waihou and Oliiuemun rivers, Paeroa.
