Karioi Road District and Town or Raglan Road District. At a special meeting of the Council, held on Wednesday, the 3rd July, 18S9, it was resolved to make A SPECIAL ORDER dissolving the Karioi Road and Town of Raglan Road Districts, and merging the same in the County on and after the Ist September, 1889: and that such resolution will be confirmed at the next meeting of the Council on Wednesday, the 28th August, 1889. _ A copy of the resolution lies for the inspection of ratepayers at the Council Chambers, Raglan. Notice is hereby given that the Matamata Road Board propose to CLOSE the undermentioned ROADS within the said District:— 1. All that parnel of land in the Auckland Land Distiict, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, situated in the Matamata South Block, and being a road line 100 links wide, traversing a portion of that Block in the Wairere Survey District, commencing at pes No. VII. on the southern side of the road leading easterly from the Waharoa Railway Station ; bounded towards the south by lines 2400'3 links and 2215 links respectively ; towards the wist by a line 175 links ; towards the north by lines 2251 links and 2355 1 links respectively ; and towards the cast by a line 1,">4 links to the commencing point ; bn all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the samrs is delineated on Map No. 4080 a, deposited in the Survey Oi'tioc, Auckland. 2. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 20S perches, more or less, situated in the Wairere Survey District, and being a road line, varying in width, traversing a portion of the Matamata South Block; commencing at the westernmost angle of the Waharoa Railway Station ; bounded towards the south-west by a line 352 links ; towards the north-west by a line JGO links ; towards the northeast by a line 350 links ; and towards the south-cast by a line 200 links to the commencing point; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the same is delineated on Block Sheet No. XIII., Wairsre Survey District.
