WRITTEN TENDERS will be received up to 4 o'clock p.m. on SATURDAY, August 24th, 1889, for BUILDING A DOUBLE PUNT for the Ngaruawahia Ferry over Waipa River at Ngaruawahia. Punt is designed to carry eight tons minimum. Punt to be delivered floating on the Waipa River at the Railway Wharf. Plaiis and specifications to bo seen at the Delta Hotel, Ngaruawahia, and at my office, Waikato Times Buildings, Hamilton. Copies of plans and specifications will be forwarded to intending contractors on receipt of 10s 6d. Punt consists of two barges, 24ft. x 7ft., with platform, 25ft. x 9ft.
