Bis,'«s; vice-IYr-sirient, Mr Samuel T. Olive; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr R. J. Uwynno; iv«nnmttoi>, Messrs W. 11. Kelly, J Mnhnn, G. EiJgccumbe and J. Bettley. The funds of the Society, for expenses, will be provided by a payment of one shilling por member on election, and a further levy of one shilling each if required. Tt was decided to hold monthly meetings, on the first Thursday in each month, and an occasional extraordinary meeting, as may be arranged by the managing committee, during the course of the year. The President referred to the objects of the Society, and pointed out the necessity for cordial cooperation from each member in accomplishing the Rood work intended to bo effected in tlio parish by the Society. The meeting closed with the general feeling of satisfaction sit the beginning made with the Society. ____________
