(.BY.KI.RUTMC TKI.EGKArH.—COPYRIGHT. )' SVDNKY, August 1. Thk Sydney Morning Herald, in an article mi the stonewall, questions whether, under any circumstances persistent obstruction is justifiable. The continuance of the stonewall was an abuse rathor than a. legitimate use of Parliamentary privileges. The Herald admits the importance of the dispute, although it hns little sympathy with the methods, and it says it cannot deny there has been extreme provocation.
