Onions very scarce; mai/.e shows a considerable decline; oats and wheat slightly easier ; bacon and hams liave ;; ild freely at late values, at which there is a fair demand ; cheese unchanged, supplies pood ; honey very slow of sale. Poultry of till kinds in large supply ; prices satisfactory for all kinds. I'igs: Pull supply of poor breeds ; no choice entries ; prices mtisfictory. In fruit the previous rise in value has had the effect of bringing forward larger quantities of good quality. The average price lias been higher. Fresh butter in larger supply; also a very large quantity of inferior made up to hand, which is alt'ecting the values of good butter at present. Eggs in good supply, for which good prices were obtained.
