At a special meeting of the Council, held on Wednesday, the 3rd July. ISS9, it was resolved to make A SPECIAL ORDER dissolving the Karioi Road and Town of Raglan Road Districts, and merging the same in the County on and after the Ist September, JBS9 : and that such resolution will be confirmed at the next meeting of the Council on Wednesday, the 2Sth August, JBBO. Notice is hereby given that the Matamata Road Board propose to CLOSE the undermentioned ROADS within the said District:— 1. All that pareel of land in the Auckland Land Distiict, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, situated in the Matainata South Block, and being a road line 150 links wide, traversing a portion of that Block in the Wairere Survey District, commencing at peg No. VII. on the southern side of the road leading easterly from tho Waharoa Railway Station ; bounded towards the south by lines 2400'3 links and 2215 links respectively ; towards the wrst by a line 175 links ; towards the north by lines 2251 links and 2385 1 links respectively ; and towards the east by a line 154 links to the commencing point ; b:s all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the same is delineated on Map No. 40S0a, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland. 2. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 208 perches, more or less, situated in the Wairere Survey District, and being a road line, varying in width, traversing a poition of tho Matainata South Block ; commencing at the westernmost angle of the Waharoa Railway Station ; bounded towards the south-west by a line 352 links ; towards the north-west by a line 160 links ; towards the northeast by a line 350 links ; and towards the south-east by a line 200 links to the commencing point; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the same is delineated on Block Sheet No. XIII., Wairere Survey District.
