At the Supremo Court silling in bankruptcy a deed of composition between the Official Assignee end IT. Campbell was filed and the bankruptcy annulled.
Walter Korr, son of Mr Kerr, nf Raniarania, lias taken tlie B.A. degree at Cambridge with mathematical honours. The Kami) miners went out on strike, but, at a meeting between tho masters and miners, the latter agreed to resume work at the old rate of wages.
