WHOLESALE KIDNAPPING OF CHILDREN.

It is unnouneed from Lyons that twcntyonc kidaappcd children were recently found in a tent of a wandering mountebank, attending fairs. The poor little creatures, who were between the ages of two and six, had all been stolen duriug the day. They had been tieel down and left alone in the tent. Their cries and groans attracted the notice of the passers by, who warned the police. Thirteen of the children were able to say where their parents lived, and were token home. The rest were scut to the Asylum of La Charite. The mountebank and his wife were discovered iu a state of complete intoxication, and were taken to prison.
