Notice is hereby given that the Matamata Road Board propose, at a meeting of the said Board to be held at the Estate Offices, Matamata, at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the 22nd day of July prox., to make the following Special Order : — " That the Special Rate of one-tenth of a penny in the £, made upon the 25th day of February last, not being sufficient to meet the annual charges upon the loan of £850 raised under the provisions of ' The Local Bodies Loaus Act, ISSG,' this Board does now by Special Order, and under the powers conferred upon it by Section 29 of the said Act, increase the said Rate to oue farthing in the £, to be payable upon the dates and at the place set forth in the Special Order of the 25th of February last making the Special Rate hereinbefore referred to."
