[BY KLECTItIG TKLKUBAPH. —OOI'YRIGHT.] Sydney, July 10. In connection with the allegations of Dr. Germont and M. Loir that letters addressed to them have been tampered with by the Government, the French Consul has informed Sir Henry Parkes, the Premier, that ho is satisfied nothing dishonorable took place. He also that M. Pasteur had expressed his displeasure at the action of M, M. Germont and Loir in the matter. Deliveries of grain for the week are 20."5 tons of flour from Victoria, 195 tons of flour and 230 tons of wheat from Adelaide, and 112 tons of flour and 105 tons wheat from New Zealand. Sydnky, July 10. The recent storm experienced here is now travelling towards New Zealand at the rate of twenty miles an hour. Brisbane, July 19 Fearful weather has been experienced all along the coast, and shipping business is at a standstill. The German barque Girdheys was wrecked at Morton Bay, but no lives were lost.
