PotaU.es have been in full supply ; values are unchanged. Onions are scarce, a consignment of '20 sicks from Gisborne was sold on arrival at ,620 per ton, and prices will continue to rise until Californians arrive, in grain, fl'Hir, &c, there is no change in values. Bacon anil hams in full supply, values are fiisier, aootit one ton has been sold. Cheese : Much increased supply, but little of really first-class, many lots are strung, and not suitable fnr local market; values are unchanged. Fresh butter : But little first-class entorod, second duality plentiful; values are unchanged. Corned butter : A large quantity was quitted at Friday's sale, but future prospects are poor ; large stocks of second-class, but little firstclass on hand. Eggs are still scarce, and have sold well. Fruit in good supply, and many lots of choice quality. The export demand has improved, and tendency is upwards. Pigs in fair supply ; prices were satisfactory.
