(by TKLECKAPH.— press association.) Wellington, Friday. A movement is on foot to incorporate the villages of the Kaiwarra, Ngahauranga, Joiinsonville, and the adjoining hill districts into a borough.
The corporation intend to appeal against the amount levied on the city by the Charitable Aid Board this year, on the ground that the Hutt county pays less than it should, and thus casts an extra amount on the town.
