It is reported a treaty has been signed by Germany, Austria and Italy, by which, in the event of war with France, Italy will occupy Tunis, Nice, and Savoy, Austria taking Servia, Montenegro, and a portion of German Switzerland. Berlin. June 21. Count Waldorsee. Chief of the German Staff, sent a memorandum to the Emperor urging him to call Russia to account for her increased armaments on the German frontier, but Prince Bismarck dissuaded him from acting upon it.
