Russia is still intriguing in Servia, and it is considered not unlikely that her machinations in the Balkan Peninsula will eventually cause an outbreak of hostilities. Vienna, June 10. Bishop Michael's return to Servia after visiting the Czar, has caused some sensation in Austrian official circles. Austrian troops are reinforcing the Bosnian garrisons, and an uneasy feeling generally prevails. Prince Nikita of Montenegro has given orders that the Montenegrine army be placed on active service footing at the shortest notice.
