(IIV TKI.KGU.U'K.— VKKSS ASSOCIATION , .) Chhistuhuhuii, Monday. A LAHGK meeting of bootmaker's operatives has just been hold, at which it was decided that in consequence of Turner Bios, refusiiiß to employ any members of the Union any longer, the men locked out be put on federation pay and that Turner Bros, be notified that their action having brought this about they will be compelled to pay all the oxpenses of thn strike. The meeting was very nnauimous in condemning the action of Turner Bros, in taking the opportunity afforded by Lightband and Allen closing their works.
