Hearne (who is leaving Alexandra) to sell at Mr Lewis', Te Awamutu, (removed for convenience of sale), HIS VALUABLE FURNITURE, &c., as follows : — Excellent 7 octave Trichord Piano (nearly new), in walnut case, specially made by Webb, of Oak House, Auckland, to suit Waikato climate, Suite of 8 pieces, Dining-room Chairs and Tables, Conch, Rocking chair, Double and Single Iron Bedsteads, Spring Mattresses, Palliasses, Chests of Drawers, Washstauds and Ware, Toilet Glasses, Fenders and Irons, Excellent Sitting room Stove and Pipe complete, by Smith and Wellstood, Brussels Carpet (24 yards good as new), Safe, Mangle, Ca:pets and Oilcloth, Blinds and Rollers, Filter, Crockery, Kitchcn, Wash-house and Dairy Utensils, Wheelbarrow, Fowls, 2 quiet, firstclass Cows (well-bred and good milkers), Heifer Calf, Sidesaddle (nearly new), Gents' Saddle and Bridles, etc. At 1 o'clock.
