Entrance, ss. Post entries. Three to start or no race. CONDITIONS. Entries for all handicaps must be sent in to the Secretary, not later than 8 o'clock p.m., on Friday, the 17th inst. Handicaps to appear on Tuesday, the 21st inst. They must be accompanied by performances and colours, on pain of disqualification. No entries will be received, except on the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections, shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final. All protests must, be accompanied by the sum of live shillings for foot races, or ten shillings for horse races, which shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest be not sustained.
