Handicaps to appear on Tuesday, the 21st inst. They must be accompanied by performances and eolouis, on pain of disqualification.

No entries will be received, except on the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections, shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final. All protests must be accompanied by the sum of live shillings lor loot races, or ten shillings for horse races, which shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest be not sustained.
