TllK ICistern Extension Telegraph Company has generously arranged to receive and remit free of charge by cable, subscriptions collected by local cminnittees and others in aid of the China Famine Relief Funds, and that the superintendent in Shanghai will pay over to the British Consul resident there, any sums of money remitted for the fund. Subscriptions may be lodged at the principal telegraph offices in New Zealand.
