Liqudators uf the North New Zealand Farmer's Co-operative Association. Mr Franklin, on behalf of the defence, stated that they admitted the items in tho claim amounting to £3, but against that was a set off of £5 for liquidator's calls. Kvidnnce was (liven by Mr Garrett to the effect that the first four items were incurred prior to his appointment, and that he claimed £2 from plaintiff in excess of tho amount of the claim admitted.
