THE MINISTERIAL SPECIAL TRAIN IN DANGER.
After the arrival of the Ministerial party at Hamilton from Te Kuiti on Thursday, a special train left with the Hon. Mr Mitchelson and other members of the party for Auckland at about half-past seven p.m. Near Stokes' bnsli, beyond Frankton, the train ran into a bullock, which was caupht in the cowcatcher and dragged several hundred yards. It is a marvel the train was not thrown off the metals. Perhaps the risk thus run by a live Minister will emphasise the necessity tor fencing these exposed portions of the line.
