FOOTBALL.
Tun following teams have been picked to play a match on Sydney Square, on Saturday next: —Sage, (Iwyune, W. Odium, O'Neill, W. Hammond, t.laudin, Mayes, H.ogan, Peacock, Johnson, Jolly , Kelly, jnn., Jones, Seddon, Quick, Ewen, Crosby, J. Odium Oossar, Oldham, and Oassidy, against (ioble, Crosby, von Sturmer, dribble, Kelly, Mclven/.ie, Harwell, Ryan, Wright, Reed, Keep. Proctor, Tidd (2), Hobbs, Clnrlcin, J. (Jillott, Williamson, Vincent, Moore, Pearson, and H. Hume. As two old players havo consented to attend and couch tho teams in the new rules, and as it is intended to elect a captain, and also fix the club colours for the season, it is hoped that as many as can, will roll up. The juniors are reminded that the question of the formation of a second fifteen will be brought up for discussion. Any players whose names are omitted from the above, are requested to attend.
