Mei.holune, April 20 Way Lei:, a Chinese merchant, has forwarded a protest to tho Governments of Victoria and New South Wales agninst the treatment of tho Chinese. Ho requests that measures should be adopted to prevent Chinamen crossing from one colony to another without payment of a poll tax.
