REYNOLDS AND CO., AND MILK SUPPLIERS.

The milk suppliers to tho I'ukekura factory met Mr Henry Reynolds, by appointment, at the Cambridge Wflst Schoolroom, on Tuesday night. Nearly all the suppliers were present. Mr Reynolds reminded them that the last time they met, which was during last September, he had agreed to give them 2id per gallon for the milk from the Ist of October to the Ist of Juno, and from that date to thn Ist of October following, 3d per gallon. He had already allowed tlicm 2jd per gallon from tho Ist of last January, being ,}d more than was originally agreed upon, anil he now was in a position to promise them a further increase of a halfpenny a gallon on tho winter price making it 3Ad per gallon from the Ist of June to the end of the season ; or, if they chose he would make the price oqual to one fourth of tho quotation for butter, i.e., if his butter sold at Is 4d per lb, they would get Id per gallon, and so on. It was unanimously agreed to accept the 3.U1, ami Mr Reynolds was most heartily thanked by all the suppliers present, for the liberal manner in which he had dealt with them, one farmer regretting that they were in such a dry place as Cambridge West, for if such a thing as a bottle or two of champagne had been comeatable he would have shouted it for Mr Reynolds with pleasure. Owing to Mr Reynolds' liberal treatment, the most cordial relations exist botween the suppliers and the factory company.
