The Cln-istclnu-oh Moat Company's Freezing Works at Templeton will be ready at the end of May for freezing meat, preserving baeon, curing and fellinongcry. Two hundred sheep and forty bullocks can be frozen per day. Storag« is provided for -23,01)0 sheep. There are to be two Haslam refrigerators, each eapable of delivering 150,000 cubic feet of dry air per hour, and three boilers working up to 115 lbs each.
