Public NotificationNotice is hereby given that the exclusive use of the Recreation Reserve known as Sydney Square, Hamilton East, has been applied for under the provisions of " The Public Reserves Act, 1881, Amendment Act, ISSS, ■' by Captain Reid, commanding Hamilton Light Infantry. It is hereby notified that the Hamilton Domain Board as Trustees have granted the exclusive use of the Reserve for one day, viz., SATURDAY, the 20th April, JSSO, to Captain Reid on behalf of the Volunteers ; together with authority to charge on that day for admission at the gates as under :—One shilling for each person, and one shilling for each horse or vehicle. It is further notified that if any person shall enter on the above-mentioned day without having paid the charge advertised herein will be liable to a penalty ot not more than 20s, which may be recovered iu a summary wav.
