HAMILTON ROAD BOARD.
The adjourned monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday last, the following members being present :— Messrs Jones (chairman), Livingstone and Maunder, The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed; also the corres, poudence. Draining Contract. —It was resolved that Mr Sandes' action in procuring the fifteen pipes for Stokes' bush road draining contract be now confirmed. Annual Meeting,—lt was resolvod that the annual nieoting of ratepayers be advertised to be held on Saturday, May 4th, at the office of the Board. Payments.—The following accounts were passed for payment:—T. G. Sandes, £4 4s ;. Vowless and Co., £25; R. Dellicar, £1 Bs' Thoa. Jones, Itfs, This coincluded the business,
