Weights to appear on or about Aprn 3rd. Acceptance to be declared before 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. Nominations for Novel Race, Selling Hurdles, Settlers' Race, and Novel Hack Race to be made lo the Secretary before 0 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th, day of general entry. Five per cent, to be deducted from all stakes, to go to improvement of the course. The attention of owners is particularly called to this regulation. Settler's Race for horses owned by residents within the four counties of Piako, Waikato, Waipa and Raglan.
