The attention of owners is particularly called to this regulation. Settler's Race for horses owned by residents within the four counties of 1 Piako, Waikato, Waipa and Raglau. Ponies must be ready to go under the standard one hour before advertised time of starting the race, and the heights to be sent in with nominations.
